ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a senior commercial leadership role for someone who has seen the movie before. You know what will work, what will fail, and what's unnecessarily complex before a client pays the price for learning it the hard way.
You'll own a portfolio of client relationships and revenue — renewing and expanding existing accounts, sourcing and closing new business, and stepping in as a strategic thought partner where senior judgment matters most. You're not the person living in the weeds of execution every day. You're the person who makes sure the account grows, stays healthy, and gets smarter over time.
25% of your time is billable strategic advisory work. The rest is building pipeline, closing deals, and stewarding your book of business with the kind of executive presence that earns repeat business.
YOU WILL OWN THE FOLLOWING:
Book of Business
- Own a portfolio of clients and the commercial outcomes across that book
- Lead renewals and identify expansion opportunities; ensure clients experience clear strategic value throughout the engagement lifecycle
- Partner with delivery leaders to stay close to client needs, risks, and growth opportunities - act as the senior commercial owner, not just the person who appears at renewal time
Revenue Growth
- Source, develop, and close new client opportunities
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound and network-driven efforts - not reliant on inbound demand
- Develop and nurture VC/PE platform partnerships as a channel for new business sourcing
- Own bookings performance against a quarterly quota
Strategic Client Leadership
- Lead executive check-ins, monthly strategy reviews, roadmap discussions, and AI adoption strategy conversations
- Help clients connect today's delivery work to tomorrow's business priorities
- Identify what must be true for clients to achieve their goals and translate that into additional scope
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with Domestique's consultant pool to staff new business and existing customer engagements
- Partner with AMs, delivery leaders, and leadership to ensure strong outcomes, clear ownership, and timely identification of risk
- Contribute to repeatable approaches for BD, account growth, and the GM/AM partnership model as Domestique scales
NEED TO HAVE:
- 8+ years in B2B SaaS, RevOps, GTM strategy, consulting, professional services, or related commercial leadership
- 5+ years owning or materially influencing revenue through net-new business, renewals, and expansion
- Demonstrated success selling and growing complex services, advisory, or solutions-based engagements
- Direct experience working with executive stakeholders — CEOs, CROs, CMOs, COOs, or equivalent
- Working fluency in GTM systems, operating models, and the strategic role RevOps plays in scaling a business
- A durable professional network and the ability to create pipeline through your own relationships

- Background in or active relationships with a VC/PE platform partnership ecosystem
- B2B SaaS GTM executive or senior commercial leader background

- Base: $200K (25% of time is billable)
- Variable: $200K
